Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content you posted on our site was mistakenly removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA takedown notice, you may send us a written counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

Identification of the material that was removed and its location (URL) before removal.
Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
A statement consenting to local jurisdiction for legal matters.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. If the copyright owner does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Guide Sharemarketedu maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the access or accounts of users or contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
